Tuesdays – Feel, Write, FLY, Journal writing workshop
Weekly Tuesday workshops are now Face to Face, including a nature inspired walk to gain inspiration from the green spaces around us.
Tuesdays 10-11am (and Wednesdays 8-9pm)
Feel, write, FLY is a online journal writing workshop. Co-created and co-facilitated by Lynsey Waterhouse, Family Therapist and Owner of Changeworks and Harriet Cherriman, Practicing Writer.
Feel, write, FLY provides all you need to begin a new healthy writing routine each week. With easy ‘pay as you go’ workshops that are packed with ideas and guided exercises intended to help you process difficult experiences and daily emotions.
- No experience necessary.
- You will not be asked to share your writing.
- Competence in writing, spelling or English language is not needed.

Tuesday workshops will begin with a mindful walk through some of Chichester’s lovely green spaces to gather inspiration and to transition from whatever our mornings have been so far.
If the weather is unforgiving, then we will head towards Changeworks cosy offices to write, however be prepared, as if possible we will aim to stay outside for the whole workshop.
Bring your journals, books, pen and colours.
Max 6 people per workshop to allow for comfortable spacing in the office (if necessary).
Meet at Northgate Car Park, 10 am prompt. Near the map and disabled parking bay.
