This four week course, will give you the opportunity to learn about the simple ways you can start to use writing for self-care and wellbeing.

Listening, validating and expressing our emotions and thoughts through writing is proven to support our mind and bodies wellbeing.  This therapeutic writing group can develop new self-care skills or support and enhance existing writing.
